IND vs ENG: England defeated India by four wickets in the second T20I (IND vs ENG). Jacob Bethell’s explosive batting proved unstoppable, and he single-handedly led England to victory with a blistering half-century. India scored 190 runs in the first innings in Manchester, but England won the match in the final over.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi made his international debut in this match, scoring just 14 runs off 10 balls before being dismissed. However, he made his debut at the age of 15 years and 99 days, making him the youngest Indian cricketer to debut. Ishan Kishan’s slow innings of 49 runs was also a reason why India failed to cross the 200-run mark.
