India must find Hardik Pandya backup before 2027 ODI World Cup, says Raina

Hardik has been ruled out of the upcoming three-match ODI series against Afghanistan. Expressing concern over Hardik’s situation, Raina said, “Hardik Pandya has faced injuries multiple times, which is a cause for concern. India needs to have a reliable backup for him by the time the next ODI World Cup arrives.”
Mehidy Hasan Miraz discharged from hospital
Mehidy Hasan Miraz (ODI captain of the Bangladesh cricket team) has been safely discharged from the hospital following concerns about a head injury. He was struck on the head by the ball during an ODI match against Australia and was subsequently admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka as a precautionary measure. Doctors allowed him to return home after his scan reports came back clear. Team Manager Nafees Iqbal provided an update on Miraz’s latest physical condition in a video message sent by the BCB on Friday (June 12). He stated that Miraz is currently at home.
