Just when Cameron Green was threatening to give Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) some momentum, Ravi Bishnoi brought about his end. However, that would not have been possible had Rajasthan Royals (RR) wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel not been alert behind the wickets. Watching Green come down the track, Bishnoi just slid the ball down the leg side. Jurel moved to the leg side quickly, grabbed the ball cleanly and then flicked the ball towards the wickets and hit it.

While Rajasthan Royals (RR) conceded a wide, they would be happy with the fact that Green, who scored 27 off just 13, had to head back to the pavilion. The Australia all-rounder hit four fours and a six during his stay at the crease.
Green in good form
Green headed into the match at the back of a superb half-century in the previous match against Gujarat Titans (GT). He scored 79 off just 55 deliveries, but that was not enough as GT went on to claim a five-wicket victory.
Green was bought for INR 25.2 crore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 auction, making him the most expensive overseas player in the tournament’s history.
KKR are really struggling this season as they are yet to win a single game. Before this, they had lost five of their six matches, with one ending in a washout.
