Other than Pandya, only Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja have achieved this feat among Indian players. Pandya is the sixth player overall to achieve this unique feat.
Players to pick up 100 wickets & score 1,500 IPL runs
Sunil Narine 1,186 runs & 195 wickets
Dwayne Bravo 1,560 runs & 183 wickets
Ravindra Jadeja 3,336 runs & 173 wickets
Axar Patel 1,919 runs & 131 wickets
Andre Russell 2,651 runs & 123 wickets
Krunal Pandya 1,757 runs & 100 wickets
Along with his 100 wickets, Pandya has also scored 1,757 runs in the IPL, striking at nearly 132. He started off his career with Mumbai Indians (MI), playing six seasons for the five-time champions, before switching to LSG in 2022. RCB secured his services for INR 5.75 crore last season, and he made an immediate impact, picking up 17 wickets to help his side to their maiden title.
In the ongoing season, RCB have won three of their four matches so far and sit third on the points table. A win tonight will take them to the top.
