IPL 2026: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) beat Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by 43 runs in the 11th match of IPL 2026. That’s two wins in a row for RCB. CSK, though, is having a rough start as they just lost their third straight game. They lost earlier to Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings, and things didn’t get any better against Bangalore. Highest score by any team against CSK
RCB smashed 250 runs for just 3 wickets against CSK, setting a new record for the highest total any team has put up against CSK in IPL history. That’s RCB’s third biggest score ever in the league. Earlier, this record was jointly held by Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Gujarat Titans (GT). PBKS scored 231/4 in 2014, and GT also scored 231/3 in the same year.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar scalped 200 wickets in IPL
Bhuvneshwar Kumar made history when he got Ayush Mhatre out for just 1 run. He’s now the first fast bowler to grab 200 wickets in the IPL. Bhuvneshwar’s been around since 2011, playing in the most high-profile T20 league in the world and reached this milestone in his 192nd IPL game. His best performance in the IPL is 5 wickets for 19 runs. Before RCB, he also played for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Pune Warriors in this league.
First half-century for Sarfaraz Khan against RCB
Sarfaraz Khan scored his first half-century against RCB. Sarfaraz faced 25 balls in his innings, scoring 50 runs with the help of 8 fours and 2 sixes before being dismissed. His strike rate was 200. This was his second half-century of his IPL career and his first against RCB, which he completed in 24 balls. The right-handed batter has played 54 matches so far, scoring 684 runs in 40 innings at an average of 23.59 and a strike rate of 137.63.
Pant secures third place in most 50 plus scores by a wicketkeeper in IPL
On Sunday, Rishabh Pant’s unbeaten half-century helped Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by five wickets. With this half-century, Pant became the joint third player in IPL history to score the most 50 plus scores as a wicketkeeper. He equaled Dinesh Karthik in this record. Both have achieved this feat 21 times each. Delhi Capitals (DC) wicketkeeper KL Rahul (30) tops the list, followed by Quinton de Kock (24) and MS Dhoni (24) in joint second place.
