India U-19 beat Australia U-19 by 103 runs in the second ODI
India’s Under-19 team defeated Australia by 103 runs in the second unofficial ODI. With the victory in Rajkot, Team India took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series. Batting first, Team India scored 341 runs for 7 wickets in 50 overs. Australia, chasing, was bowled out for 238 in 41.1 overs. Yashbardhan Chauhan top-scored for India, scoring 122 runs off 100 balls, hitting 15 fours and two sixes. VK Vineeth also made 87 runs, including four fours and two sixes.
These two shared a 132-run partnership (124 balls) for the third wicket, helping the team easily cross the 300-run mark. Virender Sehwag’s son, Aryavir Sehwag, scored 47 runs off 48 balls, hitting nine fours. Australia were all-out for 238. Chennai Super Kings have appointed former Indian fast bowler Zaheer Khan as their head coach ahead of IPL 2027. Australia’s squad changes ahead of South Africa series

Jonathan Trott new head coach of England Lions
Jonathan Trott has taken on a new role in English cricket, having been appointed as the head coach of the England Lions. He will lead the team during the upcoming winter tours of the West Indies, South Africa, and Sri Lanka. Trott replaces Andrew Flintoff, who resigned from the position in early August.
The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) confirmed Trott’s appointment on September 21. He had previously overseen the Lions during two T20 victories against Sri Lanka, and following those matches, he has been handed the role on a permanent basis. Jonathan Trott stepped down as the head coach of Afghanistan after the T20 World Cup in February of this year.
